Asked the African American dentist to clarify some of the medical terminology she was spewing out but also in a rude manner said don't worry about. I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel so duped by this practice. Suggested braces I had to wear end up creating more problems, loss of teeth and unnecessary gaps in between my teeth. I was promised by getting braces I will have less implants to get, but the fact is that now (about $7000 later paid for the ortho treatment) I have to get more implants than I was supposed to at the beginning of the process. Oh, and sudden switch of ortho specialists in the middle of my treatment, without any notice, but just as a matter of fact. I don’t believe the office even has an ortho specialist anymore.
